Gabriella Colon has Bachelor of the Arts  in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of the Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Gabriella has lived in the Katy area for the past 4 years and has lived in Texas for the past 13 years after moving from Pennsylvania, the state she was born and raised in. Passionate about mental health and personal growth, Gabriella is especially interested in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. With a client-centered and compassionate approach, she is dedicated to helping people find healing, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of self through the counseling process. Currently gaining hands-on experience at Redefine Life Holistic Psychotherapy. Gabriella is developing a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and empathetic support.
